NITROGEN DYEING FOR GREENER TOMORROW

One of our USPs is our denim dyeing process. We follow our own 'Green Dyeing by Rajwani' mechanism through which makes yarn to pierce the dyes and oxidize efficaciously consuming 25% less dyes. Our Nitrogen chamber emplaces the dislodged dyes and strands the wash boxes. This way, we save 25% of water unlikened conventional dying.

Although we are already using our own 'Green Dyeing by Rajwani' in our production cycles. However, we still believe to get the most out of it. Therefore, we are going to implement this specific work-way in 70% of our production cycles. By having this milestone achieved, we will be able to save approx. 700,000 gallons of water per month and a well-noticing percentage of chemical dyes auxiliaries.
